Who is responsible for your information

POSH GLOBAL SERVICES LTD (registered as POSH GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED), company number 11627995, registered in England and Wales, is responsible for personal information used to manage enquiries, projects and customer relationships. Contact: 1 Winterberry Way, Nantwich, CW5 7NZ; morola@poshglobalservices.co.uk.

02

Information and purposes

We use contact details, business details, enquiry messages, booking information, project instructions and uploaded assets to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support projects. Before payment, we save your name, email address, business or consumer status, acceptance wording, terms version and full terms copy, server-recorded acceptance date and browser user-agent in Lovable Cloud as agreement evidence. If you choose an early start as a consumer, we separately record your express request, acknowledgement and the wording accepted at that time. Stripe receives an agreement reference to help reconcile payment. Confirmed payment references, amounts, currency and email-send outcomes are kept privately to support payment confirmations. Reviews may contain your name, business name, rating and comments. Payment providers supply transaction and billing details; card numbers are entered with Stripe, not stored on this website.

Please do not upload sensitive personal information or other people's details unless necessary and you have the right to share them. Required form fields are needed to process your request; without necessary project or billing details we may not be able to provide the service.

03

Lawful bases

We use information where necessary to take steps you request before a contract and to perform our contract with you. We rely on legal obligations for accounting and tax records, and legitimate interests for ordinary business correspondence, security and handling complaints, balanced against your rights. Where consent is needed, such as optional marketing or non-essential cookies, we ask separately and you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

04

Services and recipients

Tally handles enquiry, review and onboarding forms and uploads; Cal.com handles appointment bookings; Stripe processes payments; Zoho Mail sends payment and project correspondence. Hosting, email providers and professional advisers may also receive information necessary for their services. Each provider's role and privacy terms apply to its own processing. We do not sell your personal information.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where we transfer information, applicable UK transfer rules require an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as approved contractual protections. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

05

Retention and security

We retain information only while reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, support, complaints or legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Unsuccessful enquiries are periodically reviewed and removed when no longer needed. Accounting records for a limited company are normally kept for at least six years from the end of the relevant company financial year; exceptions can require longer retention. We may retain relevant records longer for a legal dispute or lawful requirement.

We limit access to people who need it and use reasonable safeguards. No internet service is completely risk-free. Reviews are published only after approval; contact us to request removal. The temporary review-administration queue keeps decisions in the administrator's browser, not a permanent central record.

06

Cookies and embedded services

Forms, booking and payment embeds can communicate with their providers when they load and may use cookies or similar storage. Their policies describe their use. We do not treat agreement to project terms as consent to marketing or non-essential tracking. Non-essential cookies requiring permission must not be enabled without the appropriate consent; necessary payment or security functions may use essential storage.

07

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. These rights have exceptions, including legal record-keeping obligations. We do not use your project information for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Contact morola@poshglobalservices.co.uk to exercise a right or raise a concern. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions and identity checks. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ without first contacting us.

08

Updates

This notice applies to our own processing, not every use made by third-party websites. We update it when our practices or legal requirements change and give further notice where required. Contact us for a copy you can keep.
